This Refund Policy governs the terms and conditions for refunding amounts paid for reservations and events organized at Artopolis, an art center with a website at http://www.artopolis.bg
By making a prepaid reservation through the website, the User agrees to this Policy.
1. Regular reservations (standard art sessions).
1.1. Cancellation by the organizer
A regular prepaid reservation canceled by Artopolis is subject to a full refund of the amount paid, with the refund being made before the start of the event.
1.2. Cancellation by the customer
A regular prepaid reservation canceled by the customer is subject to a full refund if the cancellation is made no later than 24 hours before the start of the reservation.
If canceled less than 24 hours before the start, the amount paid is not refundable.
2. Organized events (birthdays, team building, private parties, and other special events)
2.1. Cancellation by the customer
A deposit for an organized event (birthday, team building, and other private formats) is fully refundable if the cancellation is made no later than 7 days before the start of the event.
If canceled less than 7 days before the start, the amount paid is not refundable.
2.2. Change of date
An event can be rescheduled once up to 3 days before its start, provided that:
* There are available dates in the Artopolis schedule
* The change is requested in writing or through the official communication channel
Artopolis reserves the right to refuse rescheduling if there are no available dates.
2.3. Cancellation by the organizer
A deposit for an event canceled by Artopolis is subject to a full refund of the amount paid, with the refund being made before the start of the event.
3. Method of refund
Refunds shall be made using the same method as the payment, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
The processing time for the refund may depend on the payment method used and the financial institution providing the service.
