These Terms and Conditions govern the use of artopolis.bg, online bookings of creative sessions and the purchase of gift vouchers from Funky Monkeys Ltd., company registration number (UIC) 206939260, registered office: Sofia, 7th–11th km, 135D Tsarigradsko Shose Blvd., represented by its manager Rami Zimmermann ("Artopolis", "we"). Please read them before booking or buying.
- Services. Artopolis is an art studio running painting sessions — Splash, Spinning Tables and Airbrush — in normal or UV light. Description, duration, prices and capacity of each session are published on the site. Prices are in euro (EUR) including VAT.
- Bookings. Bookings are made through the online system by choosing a session, light mode, date, time and number of participants and giving a name, e-mail and phone number. A booking is a request and is confirmed by e-mail from Artopolis. A booked session is paid on site before it starts, unless it is paid with a gift voucher. - Gift vouchers. Vouchers are bought online by card through the payment provider myPOS. A voucher is issued digitally immediately after a successful payment and sent to the buyer's e-mail as a link to the voucher page and a printable PDF with a QR code. A voucher covers one session in the stated light mode for the stated number of participants; the technique is chosen by the recipient when booking. It is valid for 3 calendar months from issue, to the end of the last day, is used once and in full, is not exchangeable for cash and cannot be used partially. - Taking part. Sessions are suitable for children from 3 years; children under 14 take part with an accompanying adult. Participants use the materials and equipment provided with due care; Artopolis reserves the right to claim compensation for intentional damage. Paint may stain clothing — please dress accordingly; aprons are provided. Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or behaving aggressively towards staff or other participants, are not admitted. For UV sessions, persons with photosensitivity or epilepsy should consult a doctor before taking part.
- Artworks and photos. Artworks created during a session belong to the participant. Artopolis may photograph sessions for its own promotion only with the participants' consent.
- Personal data. We process customers' personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Liability and changes. Artopolis is not liable for damage resulting from non-compliance with these terms or with staff instructions. We may amend these terms; the current version is published on the site and applies from its publication date.
